Information we collect
ProspectPull collects information you provide through the website, walkthrough form, portal, onboarding questionnaire, support requests, calls, texts, email, or direct communications. This may include name, business name, email address, phone number, service area, website, setup preferences, payment status, service request details, customer lead details, message history, call summaries, and support notes.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, create and manage accounts, provide lead-capture and follow-up services, process billing, configure approved workflows, support clients, improve the service, troubleshoot delivery, maintain security, and communicate about requested services.
Payments and third-party providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. ProspectPull does not store full card numbers. We may share information with service providers needed for hosting, analytics, customer management, phone, SMS, email, payment processing, automation, support, and security. These providers may process information only as needed to operate the service.
Customer lead data
Client lead data is used to provide the ProspectPull service for that client, including intake, summaries, follow-up, review requests, reporting, and support. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to provide customer data to ProspectPull and for honoring customer requests that apply to their business.
SMS/mobile information
Mobile opt-in data and consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with messaging providers and carriers as needed to deliver requested messages, comply with carrier rules, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
Cookies, analytics, and logs
We may use cookies, analytics, server logs, and similar technologies to operate the site and portal, remember sessions, measure performance, improve user experience, prevent fraud, and diagnose issues.
Retention
We retain account, billing, setup, support, lead, and communication records as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support offboarding. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting ProspectPull. Some information may need to be retained for billing, security, legal, compliance, or legitimate business reasons. SMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, including rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. ProspectPull does not sell personal information.
